Standing Cuff Knee Raise
The Standing Cuff Knee Raise mainly trains your quads. Also working: abs.
One cable
Wrist/ankle cuff
Standing, light pull

How to do it
- Back to the machine, cuff on the back foot, one step forward
- Stand tall, brace your core, hold on at the side if you need to
- Raise your knee against the pull to hip height
- Return slowly, just tap the floor with your foot: then switch sides
Coach’s tip
Trains the hip flexors: the muscles that bring the knee up when you sprint, climb stairs or do hanging leg raises. Your torso stays upright: if you lean back, it’s too heavy.
