Cable Reverse Crunch
The Cable Reverse Crunch mainly trains your abs.
One cable
Wrist/ankle cuff
Stable

How to do it
- Lie on your back, feet toward the machine, hands beside your hips
- Pull your knees to your chest against the pull
- At the end, curl your pelvis up off the floor
- Extend slowly, feet stay in the air
Coach’s tip
Mainly hits the lower abs. Start very light: the lever is long, and if your lower back gets pulled into an arch, it’s too heavy.
