Single-Leg Stand, Eyes Closed
The Single-Leg Stand, Eyes Closed mainly trains your glutes and calves. Also working: abs and obliques.
Hold for time

How to do it
- Set up close beside the frame, one hand hovering over it
- Stand on one leg, and only then close your eyes
- Breathe calmly, feel the sole of your foot
- If you feel unsteady, grab hold right away: then switch sides
Coach’s tip
Without your eyes, your body has to keep its balance from the feet and inner ear alone: ten seconds is already strong. Always practice right next to the frame.
