Lying Leg Curl
The Lying Leg Curl mainly trains your hamstrings. Also working: calves.
One cable
Flat bench
Wrist/ankle cuff
Stable

How to do it
- Lie face down on the flat bench, feet toward the machine
- Knees just past the edge of the bench
- Pull your heel toward your glutes, hips stay on the bench
- Extend slowly: then switch sides
Coach’s tip
Lying down, nothing can shift to compensate: far more tension than standing. Move the bench far enough away that the cable still pulls with your leg straight.
