L-Sit on Dip Bars
The L-Sit on Dip Bars mainly trains your abs. Also working: quads, triceps and obliques.
Hold for time
Dip bars

How to do it
- Press up to straight arms, shoulders away from your ears
- Raise your straight legs until they’re parallel to the floor
- Lock your knees, point your toes
- Hold and keep breathing: come down before your legs drop
Coach’s tip
It only counts as long as your heels stay at hip height. Start with your knees tucked, then straighten one leg, then both: several short, clean holds do more than one long, sloppy one.
Noticeably loads the shoulder. If you tell DCFT that this joint bothers you, the app leaves exercises like this one out and picks a better supported alternative.
