Chest · Incline press
Cable Landmine Press
The Cable Landmine Press mainly trains your chest and front delts. Also working: triceps and obliques.
One cable
Standing, light pull

How to do it
- Back to the tower, half-kneeling: working-side knee on the floor
- Handle in front of your shoulder, elbow tight to your body
- Press forward and up at an angle until your arm is straight
- Return slowly to the shoulder: then switch sides
Coach’s tip
Half-kneeling, you can’t cheat with your legs, and the low center of gravity keeps you in place. The angled path is the most shoulder-friendly way to press for upper chest without a bench. Squeeze the glute on the kneeling side hard.
