Suitcase Carry in Place
The Suitcase Carry in Place mainly trains your obliques and forearms. Also working: upper back, abs and glutes.
One cable
Stable

How to do it
- Stand side-on next to the pulley and pick up the handle like a suitcase
- Stand tall, shoulders level
- March in place: slowly lift and lower your knees
- Don’t tip toward the load: then switch sides
Coach’s tip
Shopping bag, suitcase, watering can: this is where your core learns to carry a load on one side without leaning. Each step counts as a rep. Stand so the cable runs almost straight up and down.
