Incline Push-Up
The Incline Push-Up mainly trains your chest. Also working: triceps, front delts and abs.
Bodyweight
Flat bench
Stable

How to do it
- Hands on the bench, feet back, body straight
- Glutes and abs tight: no sagging
- Lower your chest to just above the bench
- Press up until your arms are straight
Coach’s tip
With your hands raised you carry only about half your body weight. The bench has to be rock solid: ideally with its foot end against a wall or the frame.
